*Do 'Manic Panic' test on animals?
All 'Manic Panic' products are NOT tested on animals, all formulas are Vegan friendly. Cat Black are strongly against animal testing & animal cruelty.
*Do you ship to the US?
Yes we do.
*How much is Postage & Packaging?
This depends on how much you order, postage and packaging will be calculated when you confirm the order online.
*Ive seen an item I want on your myspace, but it doesn't seem to be on your website, what should I do?
Items on our myspace give our customers the chance to view what we stock online & in our shop premises located in Ipswich, UK. To request an item please refer to the question below.
*I've seen an item I want, but it's not in stock, what should I do?
Our website is kept as up-to-date as possible, but unfortunately manufacturers occasionally discontinue designs or items are simply out of stock which is beyond our control. If this happens please contact us by email shop-cat-black@hotmail.co.uk so we can order your item, this may take time, subject to availabilty.
*I want to cancel my order.
Should you wish to cancel your order, email us shop-cat-black@hotmail.co.uk please make your cancellation clear by listing your full name, address, email and items ordered. You will receive a reply confirming cancellation or, if your order has been dispatched, the address you will need to return it to.
When the item has been returned, a full refund will be paid back to you.
*My order hasn't arrived.
Stock may not be available so therefore will have been ordered through for you. We aim to ship all back ordered items within 14 days, however sometimes goods can take longer to send if the supplier is out of stock. If your order has been dispatched it should arrive within 2-4 days, though please allow 15 working days before contacting us.
*I need to return an item.
You are entitled to send back to us any items for any reason. As long as the item is in a resalable condition,with all tags intact, we will be happy to exchange for another item, another size or just to refund your money. We recommend you recieve proof of postage from which ever service you used to send the item/s.

*I haven't yet received my refund.
Your refund will be issued to the same card you used to pay with. Card refunds are processed between 1–5 working days from the date the ruturned item is recieved. If you paid by cheque or postal order, your refund will be issued by cheque and will take between 14-21 days. (Please note that in busier periods refunds can take longer, but not more than 30 days.)
